  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept credit cards and Google Pay, Apple Pay for online sales. Cash is accepted at the ticket booth on the day of the event if seats are still available.
  • Can I purchase tickets at the door?
    Yes, tickets can be purchased with cash at the ticket booth on the day of the event if seats are still available.
  • Does my ticket reserve a seat for 3 and Under child?
    Children may enter the grandstand events for free; however, this does not guarantee they have a seat. Child must sit on parent or guardian lap, as seating is limited.
  • How will I receive my tickets?
    When tickets are purchased, they will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. The email will come from Johnson County Fair IN Box Office with the subject line Your receipt and tickets for “Event Name”. Tickets are emailed upon purchase confirmation, but may take as long as 5 minutes to reach your email.
  • Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
    Tickets may be transferred online or within the Hometown Ticketing App. Please visit Hometown Ticketing for more information.
  • How do I redeem my e-tickets?
    Your ticket will be sent to you via email as a PDF file. Tickets may be printed or may be scanned directly from your smartphone. Option 1 – Print Tickets at Home Access your email from a computer Open and download the PDF attachment Print out the tickets Bring the printed ticket to the event to be scanned at the event host Enjoy the event! Option 2 – Mobile Tickets sent to your Email Access your email on your mobile device Open the purchase confirmation email Download and open the attached PDF tickets Show device to ticket scanner with QR Code prominently displayed Scroll through multiple PDF tickets to scan multiple tickets Enjoy the event!
  • If I buy a Pit Pass, does that grant me seating in the Grandstands and the Pit Area?
    A Pit Pass ticket grants access in the Pit Area ONLY. A General Admission ticket grants access to the Grandstands ONLY. Transferring seats between areas will not be allowed. If you wish to sit in both areas, you must purchase a ticket for both areas.
  • Can I reserve I specific seat in the Grandstands?
    All Grandstands tickets are General Admission, and seating is first come, first served. Please be respectful of all Johnson County Fair patrons, and allow for everyone to have an enjoyable experience!
  • What is the refund policy?
    No refunds are available if the event has already started. Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled prior to the start time and cannot be rescheduled.
  • Can I cancel or change my ticket order?
    Please submit a fan support request via Hometown Ticketing.
  • What happens if the event is canceled or rescheduled?
    Tickets will be refunded in the event of a cancellation only.
  • What should I do if I encounter issues during the ticket purchasing process?

  • What should I do if I haven’t received my tickets?
    A typo during purchase can misdirect your confirmation. If you suspect this might be the case, submit a fan support request including the event information and proper email. We will resend your tickets to the correct email.

  • Is there parking available at the venue?
    Parking is available on the Johnson County Fairgrounds for $5.
  • Are there any food and beverage options at the event?
    There are numerous food and beverage options on the fairgrounds. Food is available both inside and outside the grandstand area.
